   You get to choose blank size and power to match the intended application. There are many colors and blank material to choose from. Match your reel! Blanks come in metallic red, blue, green, to stealth grey or a matt finish on midnight camo pattern. There are even blanks with woven carbon fiber. Get blanks from MHX, American Tackle and Batson. 

   Guide types include anything from stainless steel rings for weight saving, to Microwave Airwave guides for extra casting length or Fuji SiC guides with titanium inserts. 

   Next choose what color wrap you want on the guides. You can go with a contrast color or a more subdued complementing color for your custom fishing rod. There is also the option of adding metallic accents wraps. 

   The real seat on your custom rod can be had in all kinds of styles. Everything from color matched to the blank or layered with carbon fiber to digital camo. Get a seat with cutouts feel the blank or two-piece seats with an exposed blank in between. Alps, American Tackel and Fuji all offer a huge array of options.

   Grip material can be had in high quality cork, comfy EVA or a two tone with mix of both materials. If you prefer rubber grips from Winn Grip for example, they can also be had in plenty of colors. 

   The best part is you can add a personalized decal with your name, club or a slogan. The decals come in different fonts to match your existing logo and come various colors from gold, silver, black, red, blue and chrome.
